Continuing and reinforcing the lessons in Math 1, Math 2 covers a larger range of critical concepts, such as working with larger numbers, geometric shapes, Venn diagrams, graphs, basic arithmetic calculations, and simple fractions. With Math 2, your child is well on the way to successfully solving multi-step problems and mastering basic concepts. This kit contains the Teacher Manual, 2 Workbooks and Flashcards, and the Meeting Book. 

A very important part of this system is the manipulatives kit. The manipulatives kit is sold separately and although all items in the kit are not used every year(grades K-3), only 1 kit is necessary for the 4 years. Each teacher manual contains a lesson-by-lesson list of all necessary materials.
