This writing curriculum is extremely user-friendly for both teacher and student. This text is laid out in a day-by-day format, with four lessons per week on the 36-week schedule. For each week, you will work with reading selections from classic books (these titles are not required to have, as all passages to work with are in the text, but if you'd like to incorporate reading with this guide, you'll find a complete list in the front of the book). The student work pages are perforated so that you can pull them out when you're ready for each lesson.
Skills include (but not limited to) dictation, narration, parts of speech, reading comprehension, summarizing and punctuation.
